There are cases that what really makes you feel sad is your physical look. You think you are ugly or you think you are too fat. Of course many people would say that this is purely a mental thing. But if you want there are procedures that you can take to improve your look. You can go on a diet or you can some medical help to improve your features. In short, nothing is impossible to help yourself change.
Spend time with your friends and try to find that work life balance. Do you know the saying that no man is an island? Especially if you are feeling depressed all the more that you should be spending time with your friends. Ask them out to have dinner in your place or to watch a movie marathon or simply to have a chat with in a coffee shop. It is not the location or the activity that matters, it is being with the people that matters in your life that will help lift you up.
Do you notice that whenever you do good things for other people that afterward you will feel very happy about it? And often that happiness will last for a long time and might even make a major change in your life. Try to do good things every single day to be happy.
