1. Become self aware. Being self aware is essential in understanding what type of leadership style works best for you. 2. Be accountable for your own behaviour and actions. Build an advisory team to help you make the right decisions and provide you with helpful feedback on your work and performance. 3. Be trustworthy and trust your employees.When you become trustworthy and you extend trust to your team, you gain their loyalty.

This is to let them know what you're doing, and why you're doing it. Also, it is essential to inform them about the process of addressing clients, guests, calls. You should have undisturbed time to finish your work well and in a timely fashion.
5. Recognize when you have outrun your abilities. When you see that your skills and abilities are inadequate for a certain job, hire somebody who can perform the job well. For example, if you cannot manage the cash flow, find a bookkeeper and accountant.
6. Open yourself to transformation. Listen really well to your staff members. You will learn a many things.You will be surprised to realize that you may have to change some things in your leadership style in order to improve performance or increase employee morale and productivity. 7. Learn servant leadership. Consider it your honor and duty to serve your clients and employees. Just thinking in this manner will help you improve the way you manage and lead.
8. Pursue interests and hobbies outside your company. They can provide relaxation and can bring out your creative ideas which you can share to your team.
9. Get a coach.
