Leadership: Top Traits of an Excellent Leader



Excellent leadership isn't solely about being able to create outcomes. An excellent leader has to be capable of making great outputs by enlisting the cooperation, support, and help of other people. SELF-DIRECTION

An excellent leader can possess the skills to direct himself effectively and strongly. He is able to get everything done, organize the tasks, and resist the urge to procrastinate. VISION

A good leader works on goals that are bigger than himself. It could be a small thing like completing a project of the team, or a bigger vision like ending global war and promoting world peace. He works towards a significant something that is way more inspiring and motivating than something for personal gain. His vision is always for the greater good, and for the welfare of as many people as possible.

INSPIRATION & MOTIVATION

An excellent leader will not lead by barking or telling his team about what they need to do, rather, he makes them become enthusiastic and willing to extend a hand and become more cooperative.
