Brainwave entrainment or 'brainwave synchronization,' is any practice that intends to trigger brainwave frequencies to fall into step with a routine stimulus. NOTE: USE HEADSETS
.
CAUTION:.
- DO NOT listen to Binaural Beats while driving, running equipment, or any other task that requires concentration.
- DO NOT listen to Binaural Beats if you have actually experienced seizures in the past or have epilepsy.
- Those with heart conditions or taking mood-altering pharmaceutical medicines need to speak with a physician long before attempting.
NOTE: Use headsets while paying attention.
Binaural beats impact our brainwaves straight and can change moods, behavior, even consciousness. A binaural beat is developed by playing a different tone in each ear, and the interference pattern between the somewhat differing frequencies creates the illusion of a beat. It's meant to be heard through headsets, so there's no cross-channel bleed across both ears.
Brain Waves & Consciousness.
Beta (13-26 Hz) Alert concentration and problem-solving.
Alpha (8-13 Hz) Alert relaxation.
Theta (4-7 Hz) Deep relaxation and increased knowing.
Delta (1-3 Hz) Deep sleep.
